Train Your Crew Clinic

Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Ahoy all. As a Skipper working with your crew either out for a fun day of sailing or getting serious on the racecourse, have you ever stopped and talked with your crew about how one action on your boat causes a reaction from someone else on the boat and what and why that might be? Grab your crew and come to our session Build Your Crew/Team and let’s talk about these things and lots more to really help all understand how their part is an integral part with all the other players on the boat.
If you are a Skipper without a Crew or a Crew without a Skipper, then sign up and we will work to match you up.
THIS IS NOT A CLINIC FOR BEGINNERS. WE HAVE THOSE SCHEDULED FOR LATER IN THE YEAR.
A chalk talk to get started, then time on the water with your crew to check out what you have discovered. Lunch will be provided and as we eat, we will have a Q&A and thoughts on how the morning went. Then we will see what we need to add to the afternoon’s learning and get back on the water. We will end with Q&A and reflections on what we have done this day and what your next step may be.
Skipper with a Boat and Crew $50 (what a deal!)
Individual member (specify Skipper/Boat Owner or Crew) $25 and nonmember $50.
