South Coast 21 Fleet

Welcome to the South Coast 21 Fleet!
The South Coast 21 is an American trailerable sailboat that was designed by Carl Alberg as a day-sailer and first built in 1965. The design was built by South Coast Seacraft in the United States, between 1965 and 1979, with 300 boats completed, but it is now out of production. The boat was produced complete and ready-to-sail and also as a kit for amateur completion. It’s a fractional rig boat that is sailed with or without a spinnaker.
While this used to be a very active racing fleet, there are still some South Coast 21 sailboats at AYC that race as a part of the PRF-B fleet. It’s a fun boat to sail and is competitive in performance handicap racing.
