First Sail

FIRST SAIL is a one-afternoon class for both members and non-member. The purpose is to introduce them to the sport of sailing. Sailing is the perfect activity for anyone who enjoys water and the outdoors. It can be both relaxing or exciting. It’s a sport in which you can compete in racing or take a leisurely sail. Sailing has something for everyone.
Facilities Needed:
Downstairs-Under Clubhouse. Will not be near clubhouse if there are activities.

Comments: This is a change of date form May 1 to May 22 for previously approved FUR 12020. The May 1 date was canceled due to weather.

Calendar:
FIRST SAIL One. The class will start in the training cabin at 1 pm since the clubhouse area has another activity. Around 2 pm they will go to the boats. After the sailing, around 5 pm, there will be a wrap-up either under the clubhouse or at the cabin, wherever it looks better.
