This Weekend at AYC

Friday 9/11 — LAST Beer Can Race and Burgers of 2026! It’s on 9/11, Friday evening. The first start is at 6:30, using the SEPTEMBER start times. Train your Fall Series Crew. Enjoy the cooler? weather. If you aren’t racing, you’re still invited for the socializing. Thank you to our numerous volunteers for the 22 weeks of Beer Can Racing and Burgers. Before you register, Please check your boat info in Clubspot to see if it’s accurate. Click here to see your boat list. Fill in the complete boat type and if relevant, length. That will help when you register to race. It also helps us know which boat is owned by whom and where. Click here for how-to info.
Need crew or want to crew? See the postings on the Clubhouse Bulletin board, including details about a crew google group. Also, Sail Training sent a list of students who are interested in crewing to all the Fleet Captains.

Wednesday — Laser & Sunfish, every Wed thru 9/30 6p-sunset .

Thursday 9/17 — Adult 420 Practice Clinic 6-8pm. Time to join in — try a new boat.

Ongoing — Chase Boat Driving Training. Develop a much-needed skill, Chase Boat Driving. Jim Casto, one of our best Race Officers, will teach you. Please Jim to arrange. He’s in the AYC directory.
