1. Validation of Provisional Handicaps given at the Leukemia cup

2. Review proposals for the KHF annual meeting

    a) Require completion of a rating request every two years

    b) Proposal on handicapping Spinnaker and non-spinnaker boats in the same race.

3. Are there any boats we need to review

4. Discussion about what went well or did not work well in 2006

5. Thanks to our two departing members: Larry and John. Who should we seek to replace them? We need some B and Non Spin fleet members to make sure we have balanced representation.
